Sunday Mornings

NEW TO LIVING WATER?

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ (Eph.1:1)! We welcome visitors and hope that you will join us for worship. We hope that some of your questions will be answered by this page. However, in many cases, all it takes is a phone call or an email. Pastor or someone in the office will be back to you just as soon as they can. Have a blessed day...in Him!

LOCATION

We worship at Odyssey Institute High School, 1495 S. Verrado Way., Buckeye, AZ 85326. The campus is on Verrado Way just a quarter mile south of the Verrado and Yuma intersection (1.25 mile south of Interstate 10).

WEEKLY SCHEDULE

8:30 AM: Growth Hour for all ages.

10:00 AM: Worship. Service styles range from the earliest worship formats of the Christian faith like the 911 A.D. Latin Mass (in English) to more contemporary structures utilizing some of the best Christian music from the 1970s through what is trending on the radio today. Scripture readings from the Old and New Testament are incorporated in every service. The real presence of Christ's body and blood are also celebrated in the Lord's Supper each week.

MONTHLY FRIENDSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP SUNDAY

On the 2nd Sunday of the month we have a “Friendship and Family Sunday”, where everyone is invited to bring something for a shared meal after the service. This is an important time for us, kind of like the “family dinners” of old where everyone is there. It is a time to get to know one another and meet new people. Don’t worry if you didn’t bring something to share, there is always plenty to go around.

WORSHIP

Dress comfortably and reverently. We don't see many suits and ties in this part of Arizona, especially during the summer months. During the service, please be encouraged to participate through singing, responsive readings, prayers and listening to teaching from God's Word. Or, if you're not comfortable participating, you can simply observe what's happening and take it all in. An offering is taken each week as an act of worship which supports God's work here in Buckeye and our mission outreach around the world. For us, the highlight of each week is when we gather to receive the Lord's Supper together, sharing the body and blood of Jesus as His forgiven family.

We'd love for you to join us this Sunday!
